Bono at the NAACP Awards

If you've got 6 1/2 minutes to spare watch this amazing, impassioned acceptance speech. Last minute or 2 especially worth listening to. Let me know what you think...

on a day when the primates are sulking about who is and isn't going to lambeth it is good to have some news that at least one Christian is concerned about the poor above who is sleeping with who. Good on him.

When dear old Bono stops avoiding paying tax (he can after all afford it), by moving his financial affairs from country to country, I may bother to listening to what he says.
Tax havens divert funds from developing countries.
Do as I say, not do as I do, perhaps?

Don't know enough about his personal finances to comment on that, but do believe that if many more would put half the effort he does into putting the plight of the poor onto the agenda's of world leaders the world would be a better place for it! Anyway, would be easier to converse if I had an identity for whom I am conversing with!
